I'll apologize for not posting again recently (love or hate my posts i hope they do make you think about your monk bar) my Girl Friend had to go through surgery and as much as i love Guild wars she comes first.

The Divert Hexes monk is a popular pick on days when there seem to be a particularly large number of hex spam teams running around also seen it opted for on teams that get hit hard by snares. It tends to replace the RC monk in a two monk back line and the SOD/SOR monk in the three monk back line.

My Favorite Bar-
(tends to get used more in the 3 monk back line)
14 Protection Prayers +1(face) +1(rune)
13 Divine Favor +1(rune)
3 Healing Magic

1. Divert Hexes [Elite]
2. Reversal of Fortune
3. Dismiss Condition
4. Shielding Hands/ signet of devotion
5. Shield of Absorption / signet of devotion
6. Gaurdian/Aegis/infuse
7. Spirit bond/Prot Spirit
8. Glyph of Lesser Energy

1. Divert Hexes is the build be weird for it not to be there wouldn't it?
2. Like I've Said before this just never comes off my bar.
3. I tend to get a little heavy on the enchanting in this bar so the heal condition triggers more
4.Sometimes i opt for a little extra on the healing side if i have another prot monk with me, and you cant get much better than free

you just have to learn to cancel it if something comes up
5. same as 4
6. utility slot, i found myself putting infuse on the bar in this spot one day after going through a run that was game 1 invoke, game 2 rit, game 3 sf(well coordinated all monks know the difference

, game 4 rit again. SO.. while it may not be a common pick having a little extra to catch those spikes worked very well that day.

(this build actually has a lot more variation since you have to cordinate with 2 other monks)

7. Spike hate (note for younger monks learn to prebuff yeah sometimes you'll get the wrong guy but if your careful and learn from your mistakes you'll learn to prebuff well which is always gonna be better than fast twitch)

I wish your girlfriend would go in hospital more if it meant less of these retarded threads. And no they don't make me think about my monk bar, they think about yours and how bad it is. Then again you're the ''rank 14'' so what do I know xD.

Ironic that you put infuse on your bar because you do not know how to use spirit bond. Pre-protting isn't always good if they have gaze of contempt.

Gift of health stops healing prayers for a certain length of time (forgot what it is now). Not nice to have that on an infuse bar.

Spiritbond can be used for all of those spikes...

So yeah i don't know if you actually paid any attention to my bar at all i never put gift and infuse on the same bar, that be silly. And the problem was that the teams where well coordinated and the spikes where coming in rapid succession. It was a decision again based on the meta game at the time perhaps it wasn't the most solid pick but it worked.

Still not getting over the whole me not wanting to have a serious conversation with you in guild wars are we?
And of course with comments like "i hope your girlfriend goes to the hospital" who'd want to talk with you? Come on man, got any new lows you want to achieve?

It's also a pretty good key off if a guy with 2-3 enchantments loses them all suddenly don't you think? Maybe i should start casting spirit bond now, is it technically pre-proting I guess the spike does hit very few moments after hmmm....

I misread. My mistake. Still, having spiritbond on the same bar as infuse is bad... You said this is used in conjunction with LOD so, I dont fully understand your logic in having spiritbond and infuse on the same bar. I can see you could swap spiritbond for prot spirit BUT it's a prot monk. You're going to be having high protection prayers...

The spikes don't come quicker than every two seconds... You wouldn't of needed infuse. If they did come that quickly, you'd run out of energy anyway.

I never wanted a serious conversation in guildwars. I never asked for you to tell me you had 62,000 fame though. Infact I never asked for your rank.

The girlfriend comment, you didn't read it all. Regardless I think you lied about it. Sure I plan on new lows, I want to kill people for money. I don't deny I'm a nasty person that says spiteful things. There is no point even commenting on that, as I admit it. It's no shock to anyone...

Anyway, that bar is terrible. Bring channeling, not gole, and they you won't need crappy skills (note: crappy in HA) like signet of devotion. Personally I think the RC should always have prot spirit, not the SoD/DH, because he will 1. have more energy, and 2. if the other monk is SoD he can pre-prot/save spike with SoD (depending on what it is), thus the DH should almost always be spiritbond. Dismiss conditions sucks on a 3 monk backline (even on 2 you should bring a draw unless you're not running RC), you want draw conditions. Infuse on a prot, especially with sb, is just dumb. You want aegis if you have no SoD. You *always* want gift of health on your prot bar. I'm not going to bother asking why you have mend condition as an option... Also, I usually prefer SoD over DH, but that's just me, depends on your build really...

I print screened the conversation. Key points were:

He sold eight rank 10 accounts (that's 62,000 fame, aka rank14 Balthazar's hero)

He believes 50% of the rank10's in the game have bought their account from e bay. Backed up by his theory that he sold eight, rank 10 accounts.

His current account is rank2. He says once rank3, it is very easy to get higher rank. I guess all the friends he made while getting to rank14 apparently vanished.

Despite him having such experience, he can not join Rank9 groups because of rank discrimination.

He is ambidextrous, he claims he can be doing two completely different things at the same time. Ambidextrous means you can write with both hands. It doesn't mean you can multi-task better.

He had no come back for the fact I had stated Chop Chop Over Extend Panda's weakest point was probably positioning, so quoting him on that would be bad.

He uses tab to cycle target. It wasn't until I mentioned looking at casting animation that he thought of it.

He said he doesn't dislike me, just disagrees with a lot of the things. I told him I am an arsehole. He preceded to defend me and say he has met a lot worse.

The reason he stopped selling rank 10 accounts was because it hit him how bad it is for the GW community.

He comes and goes in HA.

first if i was selling accounts i assume you do not get fame on all your accounts when you win a match on one of them, and I'm not sure but i don't think you can sell individual characters so the point that I'd be ranked highly had i been selling accounts is rather inconsequential.
Secondly i have nothing to hide at all, everything i said to elektra was for my own private humor that for whatever reason or another i find humor in spinning windies. I AM RANK 2 <--- want me to bold it to I AM RANK 2 good enough for you. However i am rank 2 because i don't spend all my time playing HA and not being ranked when i do HA, i spend a lot of time trying to help younger players get better rather than repetitively ditching groups until i get a solid one.
I also would like to note that i enjoy PvE a lot and every time a new version of the game comes out i spend a lot of time in the new zone, So the largest portion of my HA experience comes a couple months after the release of a new version, at which point i might note i rapidly get a small following of friends i can HA with and inevitably we start getting good enough to take halls. Unfortunately the fame system did not retroactively add fame so i started form a technical ground zero. However the experience i have gathered over these past two years makes it very easy for me to get into the flow of the meta game very quickly, and my willingness to adjust to the demands of different parties gives me a diverse amount of experience until i decide on a build i find superior to the rest.
